Silverking Court was established in the 1990s and is run by the
Bulkley Valley Christian Seniors’ Care Society.
As stated in the Constitution, the purpose of the society is to:
“provide housing units to senior citizens, including areas for social and
recreational needs. The Society principles will be based on the Christian
Bible as the infallible, inspired and authoritative Word of God as understood
within the Three forms of Unity.”
The complex is located at 4210 Astlais Place in Smithers, British Columbia
It consists of 37 units of which 6 are one bedroom rentals in building E and 31 are 2 bedroom life lease/purchase units. These are found in buildings A-P. See Site Map of Units
